Meet Your Host, Cindy

Throughout my 50 years in the workforce, one consistent aspect of my work has been connecting people, whether through recruiting, coaching or event planning.


Now, in this reflective stage of life, I'm eager to listen to and share the fascinating, funny and not-so-funny stories we each have buried inside.

Theme & Formatting Guidelines for Storytellers

For Storytellers:  


  • Sign up for a time slot at the door, beginning at 5:30 until all spots are filled.
  • You will have 15 minutes to share your story.
  • Feel free to bring friends.
  • A list of "suggested" themes, by month, is below:


In general, stories should be about a unique journey - whether your's or someone else's: Talk about where you are, how you got there and how you envision "what's next?".


Maybe these themed topics will help get the creativity flowing:


January 6th – Renewal, Beginnings, Inspiration/Bleakness, False Start

February 3rd – Love/Heartbreak/The Blues

March  3rd– Awakenings/Winds of Change

April (TBD)– Blooms/Restlessness

May (TBD) – Growth/Overgrowth/Vibrance

June (TBD) – Radiance/Longest Day —-Adventure

July (TBD) – Freedom/Exhaustion/Independence/Adventure

August  (TBD)– Heat/Stagnant

September (TBD) – Change/Fading/Letting Go

October  (TBD)– Harvest/Crisp/Colorful/Ancestral/Unknown/Horror

November (TBD) – Gratitude/Somber/Rest/Healing

December  (TBD)– Wonder/Nostalgia/Shortest Day & Longest Night/Joy
